A problem we knew firsthand

## We saw the gap from the recruiter’s side.

Whodini started with a problem that pharma recruiters know well. Our team brings deep pharma recruiting experience, anchored by 25 years in executive search from one of our founders, spanning emerging biotechs and large pharmaceutical companies.

Across those searches, the same pattern kept returning: meaningful experience was buried in drug names that changed from stage to stage, company names that changed after acquisitions, and scientific terms that recruiting tools never explained.

To close that gap, the recruiter teamed up with an experienced product and engineering team to build the software the work called for.
